So sorry...

I know I've totally disappeared from blogland, but I do have a reason:

Looks like we will be welcoming a sweet baby boy in Sept.  I am 14 weeks, and still so sick.  I can't do much but sleep and throw up.  I haven't scrapped at all since I found out, but I'm hoping that'll end soon.  We are shocked, to say the least, and I am very stressed about starting over (my kids are 9 and 11), but I guess I better get a grip, huh?

Hopefully I will be back soon.  Thanks for all the well-wishes and concern.

Amy-wow. I know that must be such a shocker for you all right now. My heart goes out to you. I know it is difficult to come to terms with, but once the morning sickness subsides and you begin to feel those sweet little kicks, your heart will wish for nothing different. This wee little one was meant to come into your life. Please if there is ever anything I can do for you, anything at all, don't hesitate to ask me. :D HUGS! And Congratulations!

I started all over and what a joy it has been. My two oldests are 16 and 13 they have been a huge help and on the plus side having a new baby with teens around gives them a good jolt of reality. My youngest two are 11 months(she was a complete surprise) and 2 1/2. Get as much rest as possible and take it very easy. I found I did not have as much energy with my later pregencies and it took twice as long to recover from their birth. Congrats and enjoy, I am so glad I have my little princesses.

I've told you already, but I'm happy for your family. Shocking, YES! But blessed! If it weren't for a big OOPS 38 years ago, I wouldn't be married to a wonderful husband and daddy!
Sending lots of hugs and well wishes to you. I would offer some coffee, but I fear I brought a hex with me last time!

My little brother was born when I was 13 and my sister was 9...it was the best thing that could have happened! The kid was spoiled rotten but we can't imagine not having him! I know your family will be blessed with this little surprise!

Well, if you wanted a good reason to be away that sure is one. WOW!!! Congratulations, Amy. That is such exciting news. I have been through the morning sickness thing so much and this time it seems to be worse, I ended up quitting half of my design teams and haven't scrapped nearly as much as I'd like to but taking care of me and the baby has to take first priority, too. You will be amazing and I wish you the very best with your pregnancy! I can't wait to see little baby pages :D

Amy there are so many well wishes already here for you and I'm sure you have friends and family around you to help whenever possible. Nothing I can say will help ease the sickness or worry, however just know that I am thinking of you and praying that one day you will hold a beautiful bundle of joy and everything will just fall into place. x

Hey Amy...just wanted to say congratulations to you and your family. I hope you are feeling better soon. The same thing happened to my SIL. She's 40 and they thought they were done, but I will be an auntie in September. My 15 year old daughter would love for this to happen to me, lol. Anyway, I haven't seen or talked to you in forever...miss you!

I am here to tell you it will all be ok ;-) We, too, were um, shocked when I got pregnant with Lucas, and although he wasn't in our original plans, I, of course, can NOT imagine life without my sweet, amazing little guy. He already has added SO much to our family, and I can't wait to see how yours fits right in, too. Congrats again, girl! (and seriously, when are we ever going to get together?? ;-)
